Surprising Speechless Sales

Well, the surprises definitely aren’t stopping. Today, Friday, a regular weekday, now ranks as the second-highest revenue generating day since my start last week. This was triggered by the sale of the most expensive item on my floor — a 16.1″ screen, 2.6GHz Vaio notebook by Sony. Movement over in the video camera section was flowing rather slowly, so I ventured over to the notebook section to await the arrival of stock for two newly released Vaio models. As luck would have it, a couple from England had pretty much decided they wanted that very notebook, so the sale was actually very easy. All it took were a few reassurances about international-usability.

The two newly released notebooks (literally, released today) are the PCG-FR720 and the PCG-V505GP. All sales-pitching aside, the V505 is very attractive; it’s got a nice form factor, a powerful chip, all the bells-and-whistles (wireless, CDR, DVD, etc.), and is travel-friendly (i.e. light).

As for the picture, don’t be mislead — that’s from the slow Wednesday earlier this week. Now I must brace for the weekend rushahahahahaha!

Digg! delicious

so, when are you putting in a request for a commission on all sales dollars over the goal expected of you?
