Took a quick stroll through the nooks and crannies of Akihabara during my lunch break today. You know, it’s a tad ironic — I used to scout out Akihabara at least once a month since I moved back to Tokyo, but now that I’m there almost everyday, I have no desire to check it out on my day offs. Plus, I’m too tired at the end of the day to do my scouting after work, feet achin’ and all. But today the weather was nice, so I ate a simple meal and spent the rest of my break strolling through the alleyways and basements where the true geeks and nerds crawl. They don’t usually like having pictures taken, so I had to be a bit inconspicuous about it. Might have led to a few blurry images…
