Urban Challenge – Tokyo?

Does anyone know if the Urban Challenge, or some variant, has made its way to Tokyo? I think this would be a fantastic event — and an even greater challenge with the language differences. One could really make some tough questions if they required translations for the answer. Plus, the Japanese language was built for puns :) Perhaps one requirement would be pairings of one Japanese national and one foreign national. And one member must have a camera-phone. And pictures must be mailed to a particular address, with timestamps as the determining factor (though I’m not sure how reliable the networks are). Hm…
