This seems like a pretty obvious/generic patent to me:
1. Stick GPS sensor & biophysical sensors on a person
2. Connect their output to a server
3. Wait & track.
Maybe if you didn’t pipe the info over the internet you could circumvent this patent. I just don’t see how patenting this in general terms can be done – it’s not particularly novel and certainly anyone could dream it up! Hell, the Army’s been trying to do this for years!
