was always curious what people thought of Google’s “20% personal time” policy. Here’s one perspective:

John Markoff: What do you think of the Google experiment of giving everybody one day out of five on their own to do something creative?
Rosensweig: We give all of our employees Sunday, whether they want it or not.
Schwartz: I want to talk about the food service at Google: It’s really something.
Markoff: I think I’ve got it.
