Hey Matt - yes, Flickr is an awesome service.

I heard a rumour that many services claim the rights to all the photos uploaded on their service. Is this the case with Flickr?

Regards,
John

To be honest, and this was explained on my site, the reason why my Gallery got hacked was that I was using an old version that had not been patched properly after several security holes alerts in more recent version.
The people at Gallery are doing an amazing job and it is a really complete and exciting package to work with (especially the new Gallery 2). I just felt like it was time to move on.
Welcome to Flickr!
